DOLCHEM® products are manufactured on demand, that’s why the order quantity may vary for each of our materials. Absolutely. As long as the products are mixable and can be shipped together, you are welcome to place your order for as many products as you like and benefit from the consolidation option. The products can be shipped to multiple locations, too. 

We mainly use the packaging of six types: kraft, cardboard, plastic, woven, aluminum, and iron. Each one of them is suitable for particular products (powder or liquid) to better store and protect products and is also available in different sizes/volumes and with or without pallets. 

That is possible as long as your labeling fits the logistic requirements and the regulations of the departing and destination countries. Multilingual options are also available.

Apart from the products themselves, shipping on CIF terms, providing the required standard documents and certificates, and keeping you updated on the process all the time is included. 

Besides the standard documents such as invoices, packing lists, and COA, we can also deliver  Kosher and Halal certificates, C/O, conformity certificates, health certificates, free marketing certificates and many more documents requested on demand.

• COA: Certificate of analysis, showing the results of scientific tests on a manufactured product.
• C/O: Certificate of origin, confirming the country where the product is manufactured.  
• Health certificate confirms that the product specifications meet health standards and regulations in the destination country.
• Certificate of free marketing confirms that the products meet international safety and are marketed in the destination country.

It usually takes 1 to 4 weeks to ship the products depending on their availability and consolidation process if any.

Depending on the packaging and a customer’s request every product can be packed with or without pallets. It is usually loaded in standard 20 ft containers and shipped by the major shipping companies. We prefer to cooperate with such companies as MAERSK, CMA, MSC, and COSCO to ensure the safety of transportation and on-time delivery.

Cooperating with the major shipping companies such as MAERSK, CMA, MSC, COSCO, and others we can provide you with a tracking code as soon as it becomes available. Besides, we will keep you updated on the shipment status anyway. 

You definitely can, the only thing you should do before is to make sure that this exact product is compatible with others. We provide a technical data sheet and a material safety data sheet (if requested) with all the characteristics, but you can always ask us. 

Certainly yes, DOLCHEM® products have been certified by Kosher Orthodox Union, Star Kosher, Kof-K, and Kosher LBD.

Certainly yes, DOLCHEM® products are Halal certified and manufactured according to the rules established by the Islamic Council.
