Kraft Paper Bags
Kraft paper is an indispensable material used in the transportation of foodstuff and industrial products. Furthermore, kraft paper packaging is an environmentally friendly solution. Our bags are usually up to 3 layers of at least 75gr per square meter. PE inner bag is added to hold the product better and protect it from external risks such as humidity. Depending on the density of the materials, the kraft bags would hold 15, 20 or 25kg of material. This type of packaging is mostly used for DOLCHEM food additives, such as Citric Acid, CMC, and more; it is also an efficient packaging for paint and coating materials such as Zinc Stearate.
Cardboard
For a long time, cardboard has been one of the best packaging materials. It is a lightweight and sufficiently strong material. Also, cardboard is an ecologically clean product, because it does not emit any harmful substances in the process of exploitation. Our packages consist of 5 or more layers, which, due to multilayer material, reliably protects products from shaking, bumps, and damage when loading. In addition, PE inner bags no less than 0.07mm are added to protect the product better. The shape of cardboard depends on the product, it can be a white or brown carton (as for DATEM) or a drum (as for Asesulfame K). The volume of cardboard boxes is 25kg.
Woven
Polypropylene woven bags are the best packaging for a wide variety of products, especially for DOLCHEM sanitary-hygienic additives such as Sodium AlkylBenzene Sulfonate. The advantage of woven bags is that they let products breathe thus avoiding condensation and reducing the risk of mold. They are extremely durable, resistant, stable, and will rarely tear if dropped, unlike paper bags. The volume of our bags is 25 kg, and PE transparent bags are added to hold the product better and protect it from external risks such as humidity. They are used for technical products and the color of the packaging is usually white.
Plastic
The stringent hygiene requirements in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and safety guidelines in the chemical industry require special solutions. As a result, plastic containers have become suitable means of ensuring safe transportation and storage. For example, many DOLCHEM water treatment additives such as Poly Aluminium Chloride or PolyDADMAC use this type of packaging. It is presented in form of one-liter bottles, 25 to 50-liter drums, 1000-liter IBC tanks (for liquid products only, see Phosphoric Acid). PE bags no less than 0.07mm are added to protect the product better. The color of the packaging is usually white and blue.
Aluminum
The ability to form any shape and its UV protective qualities have made aluminum the most versatile packaging material in the world. Moreover, the key benefit of aluminum packaging is that it can be fully recycled. These packages are commonly used for powder and liquid products. The volume size is up to 5kg per pack, and the form of the bags depends on the product. In addition, we have aluminum bottle packages that can be used for pharmaceutical products such as vitamins (see Vitamin B12).
Iron
Iron is suitable for the packaging of a variety of contents, including hazardous materials and chemicals. It is the standard type of packaging for DOLCHEM disinfestation additives such as D-Allethrin and Permethrin. The iron drums have proven to be a durable and heavy-duty package for storage and transportation. Our iron drums can fit 50 to 200 kg. Galvanization is available if required. These drum packages can be used for both liquid and powder products.
